Very useful for beginners to birding

Covers a broad range of issues for the newbie including tips for "stealth" approaches, as well as equipment, field tips, lighting considerations etc etc. Am familiar with the author's photos and the style of writing is straightforward and right on the "button." Lots of practical tips that I can go out in the garden adn try out straight away. Recommended.
